Sri Venkateswara Temple & Cultural Center in Novi Michigan organized COVID vaccination clinic and food drive on Saturday.The temple board of trustees hosted several local and state officials, as well as local business owners, to tour the temple and the event. In attendance was City of Novi Mayor Bob Gatt, City Council members David Staudt and Justin Fischer, State Senator Jim Runstead, State Representative Kelly Breen, Novi Rotary Club President Kat Dooley, along with club members Dr. Mav Sanghvi and Kristina Schofer.
The Sri Venkateswara Temple and Cultural Center has some of the largest membership for the Indian community. Local business owner, temple trustee, and Zoning Board chair member Joe Peddiboyina brought everyone together to learn more about what the temple and cultural center has brought to Novi so far and get an update on future plans.
