TANA New Jersey team successfully conducted Friends and Family CPR & AED training workshop on Sunday November 24th in Edison, NJ. There were about 50 people registered and attended this workshop and learnt about how to provide CPR, AED and relieve choking for adults and kids. The workshop attendees felt they are well prepared after the training to provide care for chocking emergencies and perform CPR, and use an AED device for patients of all ages when the emergency need arises. NJ TANA team did presentation related to Heart Attack, Cardiac Arrest, and Stroke as well as Video training session with dummy inflatable manikins. People who attended praised this TANA initiative and they all said this is very helpful to learn life saving skills. TANA NJ team thanked President Jayasekhar Talluri, TANA community services coordinator Malli Vemana, Anjaiah Chowdary Lavu (EVP–TANA), Rajesh Adusumilli, Laxmi Devineni(TANA International Coordinator), Vamsi Vasireddy, Sree Chowdary Konanki, Rekha Uppuluri, Srinivas Oruganti, Sai Paleti and all volunteers.
