Sai Mandir USA Celebrates Silver Jubilee - Nori Dattatreyudu

Sai Mandir USA, the first Saibaba temple in America founded by Dr. Dattatreyudu Nori, celebrated its 25th Anniversary – Silver Jubilee on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Hicksville Middle School. The grand event drew over 750 devotees from across the Tri-State area and was a spiritually uplifting and culturally rich evening that began with refreshments and concluded with Mahaprasadam.

The celebration featured several distinguished guests and artists, including “Kala Ratna” Sri Parupalli Sriranganath, Senior Musician from TTD, renowned singer Sunitha as Guest of Honor, and Binaya S. Pradhan, Consul General of India, New York, as Chief Guest. Highlights included captivating performances by acclaimed local gurus, a graceful youth performance by Maheswari, an inspiring drama on Baba’s life by Ashok Chintakunta, and a soulful classical segment by Sadhana Paranji.

Several community leaders and dignitaries praised Dr. Nori for his visionary leadership and 25 years of selfless service. The success of the event was attributed to the dedication of the NY core team and volunteers, led by Event Chair Kiran Parvathala. With free entry, free parking, and a welcoming atmosphere, the celebration fostered unity, devotion, and joy among all who attended.
