ఐఐటీఎం ప్రవర్తక్‌తో "టెక్‌సొరా" ఒప్పందం

గ్రామీణ, తొలి తరం విద్యార్థులు కూడా ఏఐ, సైబర్ సెక్యూరిటీ వంటి భవిష్యత్ రంగాల్లో రాణించేలా అవకాశాలు కల్పించే లక్ష్యంలో భాగంగా గుంటూరుకు చెందిన "టెక్‌సొరా" సంస్థ, ఐఐటీ మద్రాస్‌కు అనుబంధంగా పనిచేస్తున్న ఐఐటీఎం ప్రవర్తక్‌తో అవగాహన ఒప్పందం కుదుర్చుకుంది. మంగళవారం నాడు మద్రాసు ఐఐటీలో జరిగిన కార్యక్రమంలో ఈ మేరకు సంతకాలు చేశారు. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా అధునాతన సాంకేతిక విద్యను మరింత విస్తృత స్థాయిలో అందించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ఈ భాగస్వామ్యానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టినట్లు "టెక్‌సొరా" సీఈఓ కొల్లా అశోక్‌బాబు తెలిపారు. ఐఐటీఎం ప్రవర్తక్ సీఈఓ డాక్టర్ ఎం.జె. శంకర్ రామన్, సీఓఓ జి. వీరరాఘవన్, చీఫ్ నాలెడ్జ్ ఆఫీసర్ బాల మురళీ శంకర్, సిఎస్‌ఆర్ డైరెక్టర్ రమ్యా వాసుదేవన్ తదితరులు ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.

కృత్రిమ మేధ, మెషీన్ లెర్నింగ్, సైబర్ సెక్యూరిటీ వంటి వేగంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న రంగాల్లో నైపుణ్యాలను పెంపొందించడంపై ఈ ఒప్పందం దృష్టి సారించనుంది. దేశంలో సాంకేతిక నైపుణ్యాల లోటును తగ్గించి, విద్యార్థులకు పరిశ్రమ అవసరాలకు అనుగుణమైన శిక్షణ అందించేందుకు ఈ భాగస్వామ్యం దోహదపడుతుందని వారు అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. విద్యార్థులు, ఉద్యోగులు, సూక్ష్మ, చిన్న, మధ్య తరహా పరిశ్రమలకు ప్రత్యేక శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలను సంయుక్తంగా నిర్వహించనున్నారు. అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలు, నాస్కామ్, ఏఐసీటీఈ మార్గదర్శకాలకు అనుగుణంగా పాఠ్య ప్రణాళికలను రూపొందించనున్నారు. మెంటర్‌షిప్, ఇంటర్న్‌షిప్‌లు, ఉపాధి అవకాశాల కల్పనలోనూ ఇరు సంస్థలు కలిసి పనిచేయనున్నాయి. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌తో పాటు దేశంలోని పలు రాష్ట్రాల్లో ప్రాంతీయ సాంకేతిక కేంద్రాలు(రీజినల్ టెక్నాలజీ సెంటర్లు) ఏర్పాటు చేయాలనే ప్రతిపాదన ఈ చర్చల్లో ప్రధానాంశంగా నిలిచింది.

• Co-creation of research-backed curriculum frameworks aligned with global industry standards and NASSCOM/AICTE guidelines.
• Establishment of Regional Technology Centers across Andhra Pradesh and India, bringing world-class skilling infrastructure closer to underserved communities.
• Mentorship, internship, and placement pathways connecting TEKSORA learners with IITM Pravartak’s industry ecosystem.
• Joint grant applications and participation in government skilling initiatives at state and national levels.
Regional Technology Centers: A Vision for Inclusive Growth

A key highlight of today’s discussions was the shared vision for establishing Regional Technology Centers (RTCs) across multiple states. These centers will serve as physical and digital hubs for advanced skilling, research incubation, and industry-academia collaboration — with an initial focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in Andhra Pradesh. The RTCs are envisioned to offer immersive, hands-on learning experiences in emerging technologies, and will serve as catalysts for local entrepreneurship and employment generation in the AI and Cybersecurity sectors.
