The gathering brought together leading physicians from across the country and local medical professionals from Virginia and Maryland, fostering connections and dialogue within the healthcare community.
The AAPI delegation was led by President Dr. Satheesh Kathula, President-elect Dr. Amit Chakrabarty, and Vice President Dr. Meher Medavaram.
ATA and AAPI also announced plans to collaborate on a series of health seminars and webinars focused on promoting health education and wellness within the community.
ATA’s President Jayanth Challa reiterated ATA’s vision to collaborate with other professional and nonprofit organizations to serve the community. ATA representatives recently met (virtually) with the University of North Texas and IIT Hyderabad to help students. Discussions are in progress with Community Pure Water to help the Telugu diaspora in the US provide drinking water to their villages in India.
