ATA Women’s Day Celebration 2026 – A Grand Success in Delaware Valley

The ATA Women’s Day Celebration was successfully held on March 28, 2026, in the Delaware Valley, bringing together nearly 300 women for an evening filled with inspiration, celebration, and community spirit. The event created a vibrant platform for women, professionals, sponsors, and volunteers to come together and honor the achievements and contributions of women across all walks of life.

The evening began with a warm welcome, event overview, and sponsor recognition, setting the tone for a meaningful and engaging program. A graceful opening folk dance performance by Kameshwari added a cultural touch and energized the audience.

One of the highlights of the evening was the inspiring speaker sessions. Sireesha Malempati, Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, delivered an insightful talk on women in technology, balancing professional and personal life, and the growing influence of AI and emerging technologies. She encouraged women to continuously upskill and prepare for future leadership opportunities.

The second keynote speaker, Sruthi Medishetty, Portfolio Head at TD Bank, shared practical guidance on financial awareness, emphasizing the importance of planning, disciplined saving, and building long-term financial security for women and their families.

The program also featured a variety of engaging activities, including games, raffle prizes, and lively cultural performances. Alekya and her team captivated the audience with energetic group dances, while Kameshwari and her group returned with another vibrant performance later in the evening. A colorful and spirited fashion show, coordinated by Swetha Pinna, added excitement and creativity to the event.

The ATA Leadership team, including President Jayanth Challa Garu, attended the event and addressed the gathering. He invited attendees to participate in the upcoming *ATA Conference and Youth Convention in Baltimore this summer*and expressed appreciation to the Women Coordinators for their dedication and successful execution of the program.

The event was also attended by ATA leaders and members including Parmesh Bheemreddy (Past President), Raj Kakkerla (BOT), Hanu Thirumal (Past BOT), Kiran Ala (Regional Advisor & Convention Co-Director), Prashanth Guduguntla, Anil Sudamalla, Arun Rudra, Narendar Akula, Venu Kolipaka, Zeenath Kundur, Ramesh Bheemreddy (Virginia), and Praveen Ala (New Jersey).

The leadership also highlighted ATA’s ongoing mission, upcoming initiatives, and the importance of continued community engagement.

The evening concluded with a sumptuous dinner, networking, raffle activities, and an open dance floor, giving attendees an opportunity to connect, celebrate, and enjoy the festive atmosphere together.
