Doha Music Lovers, a cultural organization focused on promoting performing arts, has announced a large-scale Singing and Dance Competition series across multiple states in India, in association with Rhythm Rise. The initiative is designed to create meaningful opportunities for talented singers and dancers by providing them with a professional and transparent platform to showcase their skills.

In the first phase, the competitions will be conducted across nearly 10 districts, with plans to expand further based on response and participation. The events will feature separate categories for singing and dance, multiple selection rounds, and live performances evaluated through a structured and fair judging process. Several audition rounds will be conducted free of cost to ensure inclusivity and encourage participation from all sections of society.

A major highlight of the competition is the presence of an international jury panel comprising experts from Qatar, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom. Their involvement ensures global standards of evaluation and offers participants valuable feedback, credibility, and exposure. This international perspective aims to prepare emerging artists for larger national and international opportunities.

Speaking about the initiative, Syed Rafi, President of Doha Music Lovers, emphasized the need to reach grassroots talent and nurture confidence among aspiring performers. He stated that the association with Rhythm Rise reflects the organization’s commitment to promoting Indian music and dance on a global platform. The competition is expected to attract strong participation from schools, colleges, dance academies, music institutions, and independent artists. Registrations are now open, and interested participants can apply through www.rhythmrise.in .
